Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Atlas is a private, internal software tool built and operated by a single individual for personal and business use. This policy describes how Atlas handles data.

Data Access

Atlas connects to third-party services — including QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Tasks), YouTube, and others — solely to perform tasks on behalf of its owner (e.g., pulling financial reports, managing files and reminders, reading email). Access to each service is granted individually via that service's own OAuth authorization process and can be revoked by the owner at any time through the respective service's account settings.

Data Storage

All data and authentication tokens are stored locally on the owner's own device. Atlas does not operate a cloud server, does not store user data on any third-party server, and does not transmit data anywhere other than directly between the owner's device and the third-party service being accessed (e.g., QuickBooks Online's own API).

Data Sharing

Atlas does not sell, share, rent, or disclose any data to any third party. Data accessed through connected services is used exclusively to perform actions requested by the owner and is never used for advertising, analytics resale, or any purpose beyond the owner's own internal use.

Users

Atlas is used exclusively by its owner. It is not distributed, licensed, or made available to any other individual or organization.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as Atlas's capabilities change. The most current version will always be posted at this URL.
