End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Atlas ("the Software"), a private software tool.

1. Grant of License

The Software is licensed, not sold, exclusively to its owner and developer for personal and internal business use. No license is granted to any other party.

2. Restrictions

The Software may not be distributed, sublicensed, sold, rented, or otherwise made available to any third party. The Software is not a commercial product and is not offered for public use.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with its owner and developer.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software connects to third-party services (including but not limited to QuickBooks Online and Google Workspace) under the terms and conditions of those respective services. Use of the Software in connection with any third-party service is also subject to that service's own terms of use.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The owner assumes full responsibility for its use.

6. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by the owner, including by discontinuing use of the Software or revoking its access to any connected third-party service.
